What if the process isn't written down anywhere?

That is the normal case. A rough description, a screen recording, or just walking us through it on the call is enough. Writing it down clearly is part of what you get back.

How long does it take?

The workflow is working within fourteen days of your tools and access being connected. Before that there is a short intake and one discovery call.

What happens after you hand it over?

You get the working workflow, a written procedure for it, and a recorded walkthrough, plus thirty days of support while your team settles in. Nothing is hosted by us and nothing stops working if we stop talking.

What happens right after I send it?
